What does he destroy?

Anything and everything. We have walls to repair due to him just kicking the wall until he put his foot through. I have made him repair the damage and he continues. He gets bored and then breaks stuff cause he is bored. I don't know what else to do at this point.
He also breaks toys (his and his siblings) You would think after a house fire and losing everything he would take care of his things. Nope. Tried counseling and got told there was nothing wrong with him, that he was just a typical kid.
