Hello from drizzly Atlanta. I had to take a train to get to my connecting terminal. Crazy. Planes not here yet...hubs said he got an email that we’re delayed to depart at 3:45 instead of 3:30. Not too worried I have a HUGE layover in New York. Almost four hour layover. (Local time btw is 2:49. I’m now in eastern time).

Stay uncrispy my California friends! San Diego is all red flag warning right now too and Calfire is on “staffing pattern” which means all hands on deck.

Finished the first Harry Potter book on the flight here. We’ll see how far I get on the flight to New York lol.

I’m choked. I grabbed the wrong headphones though. I grabbed the ones that have the funky plug to fit in my phone. So I’m going to have to purchase the headsets this flight. And. iTunes. For some reason does not store my music on my phone anymore. Wtf! Well. Good thing I have my lappy. I’ll have to see how to remedy this either in New York or when I get to Ottawa.

Set to be rather brisk. They’re calling for snow Saturday and Sunday. Sigh. Let’s see how rusty my winter driving has gotten...

Other oddness. I used to always get FREEZING on flights. Somehow, this flight from San Diego to Atlanta...I was wearing a T-shirt and fine.

Cool story - I’m upgraded to “comfort plus” for the New York to Ottawa leg. Fancy!

Yes, in Butte county. Sun just went down behind all the SMOKE. I had to close up the house. The sky is orange now. yuk. cough cough

My eyes were dark brown like Roberts then they started getting lighter and now they are green in the centers and light brown ring . Eye dr. wants pic. of me with brown eyes. None of them really show my eyes. Said its very rare.

Dad and I did the same, but opposite. Brown in the middle, green on the edges.
