I use these for the Seramas. Feel bad because it was very cold last night and they had no heat. I haven't even been out to check on them this morning... it's too smoky out from the Butte county fires. The town of Paradise is pretty much gone. Humidity is so low... we really need rain.
All public schools and the colleges are closed in our town and the next one south. The smoke from last year's fire (right in our backyard) wasn't as bad as this. Last year, the sky was grey, but you could barely smell smoke. Now not only can you smell the smoke, it makes your nose burn. We all woke up with headaches and congestion this morning. The cold air is keeping the smoke low and concentrated.

I never had the flu that I know of . For someone with a compromised immune I rarely if ever get "sick" . A dr once asked me to take the flu and (other one I cant spell) new-moan-ya and I said no way. She ok you need a steroid shot though. I had whooping cough or something like that. I said ok. Nurse comes in and gives me the shot then says I will be right back w/ your steroid shot.

Sounds like malpractice to me.

sitting here wondering, Why is Tom and myself having these upcoming tests. Bone density . I mean, I have already been diagnosed w/ 3 different types of arthritis . Why does it matter ? I cant have calcium supplements because of the stones.

could except I don't like beef ribs and the meat can/will be ground. Honestly I plan and basically boning out all of the meat. BUT will know more once his 'FUR COAT' is removed and I see just what is "hiding' under it.

You can make great bone broth from the tail bones.
