I wouldn't say that. I think Provolone is KINDA like really mild Swiss. I don't like the bite of Swiss. Gouda is different, doesn't have the bite.

Folks just have to go try these cheeses! I was surprised when a couple of the ladies at the deli said they had never had muenster.

People should try them all. Sometimes the bargain priced cheeses are not as good, so tastes vary.

We use Gruyere and Emmentaler in cheese fondu.

This particular movie had a very strong character, not to everyone's liking but still good, so I'd say bleu cheese.

I love Cambozola... kind of a camembert - gorgonzola cross. Delicious melted on a toasted bagel.

I think I need a snack now!

Thanks! The bride loved it too. It exactly matched everything in her house. I’m just cheap like wishing. the patterns are just a few dollars online, I had lots of hoops and cloth. I have to use my best judgment on the thread colors because I don’t have the exact colors, but it’s good enough so far.

are they 2 months or end of sept.? They are small . I was reading about lavender birds and of course I dont remember what it was but they are not hardy as other colors. Are yours lavender or grey? Might of been feather problems I read. LOL No worries there.

Lavender feathers tend to be weak. On the orp I had, the feathers looked tattered.

Good that C. Cheese has days for the quiet kids. Even if my guy wasn't 20 now, he still wouldn't go on a quiet day. He still doesn't care for people wearing costumes when you can't see the person's face. Creeps him out, he says.
