Sorry. That would be upsetting. I would have been getting some of that ice to pack it in.

Once the power is out you can't open the doors or you kill it all. If the power goes out, does not open the fridge or freezers. You have a chance as long as they are kept shut. Fridges do not have 58 hours in them to keep food without power. Now the old IceBoxes those you just tossed in more ice and you were good.

We have two top things for this year. Whole house back up and a storm shelter. If I could the house would be underground so I could have the best of both worlds.

It is good in theory, but it would be too dark for me.

We have to keep the roadside windows covered because we are close enough to the road that people can see in as they drive past. So this place is as dark as a cave most of the time.

Mornings, Wishing , Ice is gone for now. Supposed to be warm ups this week. I hope so.
H2o, Im not 100% on the roo but If I was doing it I would feel comfortable that off spring will lay some type of colored egg.
Housekeeper is here. She really is a blessing . She isnt doing things I struggle to do ,she is doing things that wouldnt get done w/o her help.
