I got a steroid shot but no improved pain pills. I got to Walmart and couldn't make myself go in for what i wanted. Too much pain. The nurse practitioner said i have a big knot in the muscle on the back of my shoulder where the stabbing pain is. Well, if its not better in 3 or 4 days come back in. Aaaahhhh

Mornings, Wishing , Ice is gone for now. Supposed to be warm ups this week. I hope so.
H2o, Im not 100% on the roo but If I was doing it I would feel comfortable that off spring will lay some type of colored egg.
Housekeeper is here. She really is a blessing . She isnt doing things I struggle to do ,she is doing things that wouldnt get done w/o her help.
