Well scratch that. As of 5 minutes ago I now have only one pair.
My eldest and most loved pair was mauled to death overnight.
I am absolutely broken

Thank you. I am just mad at myself. I should have made sure that I had them all in the one coop. I figured that since I did not see them in the yard that they had gone into the huts.

They were just too cold?

That is a Summer Shawl. Meant for warmer weather. That would not work for this time of year. You would freeze to death like my chickens.
I may have to do some more heavy winter shawls for us older females to wear. I am just fat and need to just embrace that I am never going to be anything but fat.
