My blood pressure is way up again. I keep taking more BP meds, a piece at a time.
Only one steroid pill left to take tomorrow. Hopefully my BP will settle down.
And no, my problem is not all better, dang it.

depression is hard this time of year. Family far away, losing your dog. It may not feel like its Christs Birthday but sometimes I force myself to be happy. I know that sounds dumb but after a while it helps. I read happy stuff. Jokes ect.. Surround yourself with love and happiness. Then go volunteer somewhere people need help. adopt someone from an angel tree.

I was just going to ask, dang it. I think hubs got a steroid injection, I think , which helped him.
