My SIL has it, with extreme paranoia. Don't see her often, but I always worry about what "they" are telling her to do.Hope she don't get into an argument with one and start beating herself up.
I wasn't thinking antidepressants... I won't take anything (except my beloved advilNo,the antidepressant doesnt help me. They never helped me in my life and I have tried them many times. They helped my mom a lot. I am going to buy a light for the tree and for me.
I don’t find any thing wrong with crying. It helps me get the sadness out. It was when people asked about my dog. Or when I was talking to my daughter about the tree thing
I just don’t like a Norfolk pine as a tree. I just don’t feel like arguing with my husband about it.
) but the symptoms could be from some other condition. I get the blahs occasionally, and you're right, crying is a good outlet. So is chocolate!
And helping people... if you can find a little volunteer work, it can shift your focus and help you feel better.
I'm sure it will pass... hopefully soon.
Take care.

Mine will hopefully go out next week. Emphasis on hopefully.
