The one chick in the pic is from September... just scrappy looking. And I’m 100% sure of the hatch date. The others are only a couple weeks old.

how often do you have to water them Alley ?

They get water every day. Usually morning and after work in that small bowl. I just switched them to that little bowl yesterday because of the baby. Before that they had one of the purple chick waterers.

it’s beautiful but that maintenance for the coat! I keep mine short with longer hair at the face.

OH wait your from the East Coast and I know they tend to like it thick there.

Actually originally from the west coast , only been here 39 years.

Worked with some people from France for a bit. Bunch of people went to the cafeteria at work to get morning coffee. One French girl gave it this description:
Dizgoosting! (best I can spell how she pronounced it)
And it wasn't because it was too strong. They do like their coffee strong in France.
Of course I don't like "water milk" (skim) or "light beer" either. Not even IPAs, I prefer real beer/ale. Jut don't give me spicy food, can't take that at all.

tires are to be inflated to 45 psi. and surprisingly a pretty smooth ride.

Um, you DID drop them to proper pressure, right? Otherwise your stopping traction will be diminished and those expensive tires will be worn out long before they should. Of course you already know those things.
