IF it never arrives he'll get the shipping back and the value of the contents - up to $50 standard the way he shipped it. Of course you have to be able to prove the value which I suppose would be difficult with fudge.

BTW, the people in the store that contains DW's PO seem to think that Indiana is the black hole of shipping. Seems everything they send there takes longer than expected.

I would be cautious about drawing too many conclusions from a single study like this. People tend to jump on the slightest thing to confirm their already strongly held beliefs... which is not the same as science. That being said, I hope they fund more studies like this one. It could end up changing protocols for flu vaccine if the problem is as bad as it seems.
Moral of the story... when you are sick, STAY HOME and keep it to yourself!
