Granny's gone and done it again

To cook broccoli I put the frozen florets in a pan and add 1/2 inch water. Heat it to a simmer and cover. Check it frequently to make sure it don't boil dry. After 5 or 10 minutes poke with a fork to see if its tender. At the same time chunk up the Velveeta into cubes and put them in a pan with a small amount of milk,salt and pepper. Heat on a medium low burner stirring often. When melted,and broccoli is close to being as tender as you like it pour cheese over broccoli after you drain remaining water.The trick is not to put too much cheese. And not over cook broccoli. It will continue to cook when you put hot cheese on.
