ohh thats sounds good. Not sure how you mix/serve it.

use the berry juice as a cold water substitute in the jello let that firm up good and then mix up the whipped cream and GENTLY fold/mix everything together including the fruit

I am still working on the cardinal wall hanging. Beading takes a long time. I ordered some panels to make blankets for the grandkids and i plan to knit them scarves before the get here January 24th or so.

is the jello cubed like the cake then ?

depends on how "firm" the jello gets on me. but NOT jiggler jello. The angel food will absorb some the fruit juice and some of the whipped cream as well.
