The public education the boys received out here is full of anti-male messages. Spoiled both my boys for wanting relationships with girls their ages. Both say most girls are mean and not worth the trouble. It's really kind of sad. #1 says he wants to spend money on his car and not a female. (because saying "girl" is not PC. )

I mean, I guess in a way its a good thing but respect is taught at home. Them boys see how dad treats mom and if mom is a girl or a female. Its a shame they cant just let boys grow into men ya know ?

It's much worse than that. They demoralize the boys now. Every bad thing that ever happened to the country is a MAN'S fault. They are bad, evil. The messages are very clear and persistent. It's the way the history lessons are taught, it's the choice of literature in English. The girls feel free to say anything; the boys keep quiet so they aren't labeled sexist. I'm all for raising the status of girls and women, but you don't raise anyone up by tearing others down. That brings everyone down.
