She writes me for a 28 day supply. Its not unreasonable to expect my meds every 28 days . Not 34 like they were trying to do.

If the script says 28 days, then the pharmacy should fill it every 28 days. Make sure there isn't some discrepancy between what the script says and what the pharmacy THINKS it says.
