Granny's gone and done it again

yes but she scooped out up to 2 inches above the damp stuff right away
If any botulism spores were present it could cause an infectious environment. She just probably needs to disinfect floor, cage etc. And maybe bite the bullet on the food and get a new bag. Better than having your babies get sick. Ask Camping what she did. She said they had it once I think.

I have a better idea, YOU go make sure they get knocked up.
Sorry, not physically possible.

Its the diabetes. The higher the sugar the hungrier you feel.
They gotta get him regulated. Even our old cat put up with getting her ear pricked twice a day (sometimes many more, I think she held the blood back) and shots twice a day. Did it for over 2 years before her kidneys went south last summer and she went to kitty heaven. Cats don't understand what all this is about, Robert can.

well, pizza gone. he ate all but one piece. Who does that ??
Someone who is hungry?

They roost normal during the day. Just at night, they get like this.
What is abnormal about that?

I think its ee/leghorn . they are all white.
Good luck getting blue eggs from that cross. At best the EE will have 2 blue egg genes, might have only 1, in fact may have zero. The leghorn of course has none. That means that at best only half the offspring will have a blue egg gene. It will take a LOT of breeding of those offspring to each other or back to the mothers to insure there will be a blue egg gene in future generations.

He wants a real credit card
Using what for credit? Banks like to see a credit history, that means paying bills. I think I would go with W4Ws prepaid card plan, much less dangerous financially anyway.

Now SC, that was weird. I wrote out the word QUOTE with the brackets around it and it treated it the same as when it comes up in the reply box.

What you want to do it start typing after the word QUOTE at the end of the person's quote that you quoted... but don't quote me on that! :D
No, put it after the ending quote tag. That is the one that looks like [/ QUOTE] (without the space).

And of course it acted the same as when it shows up in the reply box. You TOLD it "the following is quoted text" when you typed [ QUOTE] (without the space). It will put everything from then to a [/ quote] tag in a quote box, including anything a person types in response.

I can't find the same shaped brackets in my editor. Just parentheses.
The square brackets on my Mac are to the right of the O and P keys. Upper case is curly braces ( { } ), lower case is square brackets.

I swear I walk into the coop and they all stop making noise all at once. It is like walking into a room that they were talking about you.
What makes you think they aren't talking about you??

I guess the cause dont matter. Not your fault whatever it was. You cant prevent something you cant see. I agree about buying new food though. I would replace it, scrub out waters anything you can clean maybe disinfect it.
Out its nose ? What was coming out ? Crop contents ? :sick If that coop only has 2 chickens left I would leave it empty til some sunshine can hit it too.

Bruce, what ever she is she throws blue eggs. She is on break right now.
Yes, Robert understands. Right now I dont think he cares. Thats what needs to change. I suspect depression will be next. He refuses consul. We have been talking to him about his life after we are gone. I thing its too much and overwhelming him so I will back off for now.

I think mine were feeding from carcasses. Banties, scovies, and LF juvies were affected worse than any others. I didn’t make the botulism connection til I saw that article the other day. Mine stopped dying when we went to England, so maybe because I cleaned the coops well? Or maybe they worked it out? I lost about half the flock.

Not anyone's fault! Stuff just happens to all of us. I had a nightmare virus wipe out all my baby cockatiels at one time years ago. I quit breeding any birds after that.
