I was going to mention  THAT I found the Wyandott' s  easy to clean, fast growing, and great tasting.
That's a good tidbit in case granny gets some mean ones. I got 1 roo out of the extra eggs, he never got after me, but after having one very large roo go mean on me & hurt me, I was too gun shy to keep him. He was huge as a 7 month old.

Oh my! I don't tolerate dogs going after cats or even dogs going after other dogs. My grandparents let their beagle run loose and I know he's killed some of our kittens. They're barn cats but still. I've tried nicely telling them to tie him up. But after him getting ahold of poor snowie our midget cat I was done. And that dog was on my car

We've had quite a bit of words over the years and especially over the stunt they pulled the one round. They actually hauled my dog off! Took us 2 days to find him. Ever since I've not been so nice about their dog running over here causing problems.

Sounds like they might have tried to train him using cats maybe? That's sad. At least he gets along with other dogs.

I don't really like it either. We have our dogs trained to howl at the stray cats that come in our yard and try to eat our chickens, but they have never physically bitten one or injured one is some way. And they have never touched one of our barn cats. They know what I would do to them if they did. :lau I have a soft heart, I get attached to animals too easy so I'm pretty attached to our two barn cats. :/ Haha, this is a chicken website and I'm least attached to our chickens. Ohh, that would make me so mad! That's so sad.

That's awful! I would've been worried sick about my poochy! I practically had a panic attack when I saw one of our dogs had escaped and was wandering down the driveway, I can't imagine not being able to find them anywhere!

Yeah, it really is a shame. :( Some pooey human practically ruined the poor thing. Makes me want to love our dogs even more than I already do! Yeah, that is the good thing. He was great with both of ours, even the Beagle who can be a little "picky" (more like she doesn't have the tolerance level to be around other dogs that are in her face). I was surprised, Olive really likes him. :)
