my problem is my girls hatch out more roosters then hens rehomed over 20 last year.

I've been considering the logistics of shipping honas. I think I'll do like Walt's Ark and not ship til the chicks are about 3 weeks old. They hatch so small, I think they'll tolerate travel a bit better this way. They'll also be able to regulate their own temps better this way.

Yea, I been looking at shipping and IMO I would think the breeder would feel better doing that. Plus for some breeds you can sex at that age so there that bonus.
