I put the last duck eggs in lock down. They’re looking about right, I think. I’m not as experienced with ducks. If I ever use the light-o-bator again, I’ll use a more reliable thermometer.

Scovies are longer, but technically they’re a different species. All regular ducks are 28 days. Bantam ducks are shorter.

Sigh. Battery might be on its way out with the truck. Noooo.
Hubs is also debating selling IT (aka the truck my nimble shred of horrible weather) to fund his tranny.

I politely reminded him if he sold that truck (and plans on putting a truck bed on the international to use THAT as a truck) then I’d be out my feed store truck and inclement weather vehicle. And I told him he’d have to take me to the feed store and anywhere I needed big stuff (ikea). He got mad “you can fit that in your car” yes. I CAN fit a bale of straw in my car but it ain’t pretty. Sigh. He just doesn’t want me driving anything but “my” car. I swear. He went on a “I should sell the truck” when I was commuting in it and commented that the truck and I were getting along. So he wants to get rid of it and put a truck bed on this...and it has a ten speed manual transmission.

Yeah. It took me a bit of time to get me used to the f350. This is a great big NOPE. F350 at least has the backup beeps and a camera back there in case of parking. (We sold the box already at least - this is a super old pic)
