The guy that came for quail bought 8. So that emptied out the last brooder compartment of 3. And thinned out the tuxedo population. He tried to talk me down from $4. I told him those are usually 6 or $7 and i wouldn't take less. Cripes.

How many Tolbunt do you have now ? I have a buff and no idea how/where it came from. I would not of bought one so its bound to be a mix. From the splash maybe ? theres 2 of them . The other is small so I suspect serama/polish.

Just got in from watering. Spread more straw in the runs. Still no turkey or guinea eggs . Hands and feet cold. Brrr. At least the water in the hose is still flowing.
