same . driving me nuts. Sweet dreams allThat's pretty sad about Robert's "dad." It would have cost money to contest it. Hard to say if it would have been worth it.

Roberts dad had some money, did you live with him?I felt like even though I KNOW he wanted me to contest it, I would let it go. He did the same thing w/ his father. He fought the will for yrs and finally won so he knew by not mentioning Robert what could happen. He even went to his insurance guy and asked him "If I commit suicide will my insurance still pay out ?" then went to a lawyer and had the will drawn just a couple days before he did it.
Robert got his SS. Even though we werent married and he didnt sign the birth cert. Him own mother told court he admitted to Robert being his child. His other son got a couple houses, couple cars, life ins and bank accounts the son did not include Robert in the obit. so my sister made another and had it published.
