Yes, my little Mercury Tracer. We drove that car for 30 years. State offered $1000 for folks to turn in older cars that were still on the road. Mine was just starting to have trouble, so we figured it was time. Barely made it to the pick-n-pull to be turned it. Had to be road worthy to be accepted. Still miss that car in some ways. It got about 35mpg for all those 30 yrs. Cost me a whopping $7899 in 1989... on special. I still have the sale sign from the dealer.Odd, I was just fixing to ask if it wasn't you who drove their car to the scrap dealer a few years back. Don't know why I was even thinking of it.
