Um, is there such a thing? I usually have 1 'slicing' tomato (Early Girl most often) and 1 cherry (Sungold). Never had a problem with them getting pollinated and I've never seen a 'gender' on the tomato plants at the nursery.

What I don’t understand is if you are vaccinated why are you worried about catching measles?

I had to take college classes for work, and college demanded proof of all my vaccines. Didn't have any such thing in my 30s, but knew that I had all that were available. They did a measles titer, and I had ZERO immunity. Had to get a shot.

I start when they are little. Usually have to have someone hold them. They get trained to just stand there after a while.

About your grass in the dog yard... when we have weeds to kill, a nice big piece of plywood laid over the top for several days usually does the trick. You can rotate it from spot to spot. Cardboard will work also... you can just leave it in place. It will eventually compost.
