83* at 9am. My ears have been hurting since Sunday. Took Benadryl last night, doesn't seem to have helped. Usually makes me sleepy but I didn't go to sleep till 4am.

Canoe trip is postponed. Not much else to do today. They’re doing the prayer trail right now, because it’s just lightly sprinkling. The afternoon is going to be more difficult.
