Hubby got all my lumber unloaded from the truck for me today. Most of tomorrow I will spend getting ready for that swap on Saturday.

Today I took the old nest box off my original coop, covered the hole, and put the new nest box on over the new hole I made. The space for the smaller boxes was too narrow for the new improved boxes. Added an extra perch for easy access to the nest box.

I treated the dogs , checked temps in my tank and the pleco is on the glass eating ! I was/am amazed. Its tail is S shaped and very slim to the rest of the body but looks happy/hungry. I found it dead this am so it got stuck to the filter overnight and all day .I sure hope I dont get in the habit of tossing/flushing things I think are dead when their not. LOL My other fish seem to be ok. very active.
Robert watered chickens for me today. I did liter boxes. Well, I did one. Im out of litter cause I just went to the store ya know.
Question about Frosty, She has always been timid . She wants to be w/ me all the time and suffered from anxiety left alone but that went away when I got Bandit. He keeps her pretty busy. She wont come if I call her. She gets scared. She thinks I am going to do something horrid to her I guess. Today I called and she ran so I was playing w/ the other 2 and she couldnt stand that so she came. I tried to treat her and she got away from me. So I called her and she peed. twice. Do you all think she was beat ?

DH has never laid a hand on Josie. But if he looks at her she cowers and goes into the kennel. He raised his voice ONCE and she peed.

Jewel is worse. She acts like she’s been whipped her whole life- slinks around, looks at you from the sides of her eyes. Cowers and hides. Doesn’t like being touched. But we’ve had her since she was six weeks old, and other than occasional scoldings have never laid a hand on her.

I think some dogs are just more like that than others.

The 3 livers still have blue eye's the one I am keeping are black already.

Mine eats that, sticks, half rotted leaves and any other crud she can find!

very true and Yuri doesn't care what you are doing to him as long as you are touching him he is happy. Makes/made disciplining him a challenge.
