Granny's gone and done it again

Stupid question here what is done with the placenta? is it burned, buried, thrown away or fed back to the mama? Before someone gets sick, reports my question, animals in the wild eat it in some instances, and get away from it or get it away from the young because it attracts other animals, so I asked a gross question because I am curious and in reflection of the whole general objective of the web site it is valid (IE this is a animal raising website that is primarily focused to one animal but open to others and like back to nature topics because it is an extension of such so I'm sorry if you get an upset tummy after your egg salad sandwich you just ate for supper...).

my Yak's usually eat it, get back some of the "goodies/nutrients" back into their system. Same with my dogs again usually.

She is a good mama then? Thats awesome. Its about time you got a break.

Yes, very good. She was head butting everyone but me after they were born. But I was getting frustrated trying to make sure each baby latched on and she horned me in the forehead. I was dazed for a minute. She has settled down some, but she doesn’t miss a move from anyone. I’m not letting my kids in without me.

Can’t remember if I shared this one? Too tired to search. Doeling is “all” white. Bubba likes the buck with the heart on his back.
