you are probably still going to want to try and boil it. OR submerge it in a large roaster and cook it in the oven.

THen you should tell Tom and Robert supper is in the oven. And ask them to see if it is "tender"

not sure. BUT you could weigh it down with one/some of the rocks you got. Then you have "Stone Soup"
