Lol yes. She’s been laying for years.

I don’t think a roo would knock feathers off her vent. But she was missing wing, breast, belly, etc. It started with a bald patch on her back, and then she was naked. Since they’re growing back so quickly, I know it wasn’t the roos.

If he aint knocking the feathers off then he aint doing it right !

I would keep this chicken even if I had to put a diaper on it. LOL Well, Maybe not a diaper. I didnt do so well w/ those. But if I kept it in the house the dogs would clean up after it anyway.

evening all.

Well picked another 15 gallons of weeds from just the lawn part of the yard. I suspect the dogs are bringing in seeds from the farm in their coats.

Lena went/came down the basement stairs by herself this am, FIRST time

I let the "hoard" out of the bedroom and put her on the steps told her go potty and up the steps she hops up and heads out the doggie dog (with reminders to go potty). Then I went to the bathroom in the basement and all of the sudden there she was VERY pleased with herself.
