Don't be discouraged, weight fluctuates. I had lost 17 pounds, not sure where I am now. Just keep trying.

Cap, I have been trying to id this bird. What color was the breast? The white wing bars are distinctive, and don't go with any of the bluebirds I saw.

It is not really blue. I have a picture I can email you taken with hubby's camera. PM me your email and I can send it to you.
