Granny's gone and done it again

YAY. The Period Fairy has come early. Which is great....means she should be all cleared out by the time we have our Havasu adventures.

Now to summarize and organize all of what I do.....this is so far just me typing as I think of what I do....there's probably more, I'm just waiting for the tea to kick in.
Verify and enter time for weekly payroll for our crews of between 90-150 employees accurately and efficiently, file and track federal and state payroll tax deposits, calculate sick time, maintain records/deductions for healthcare and 401k, administer our company 401k plan by preparing fridge/deductions in our payroll system, and providing weekly, quarterly and annual reports to our provider, produce and send out W-2s for our employees and electronically file same, produce, send to employees and electronically file ACA reporting forms (1094 and 1095), maintain accounts payable, enter and code invoices to be paid, reconcile vendor statements to ensure we have all invoices entered to pay, submit invoices to be paid in a timely manner, communicate with foremen and their crew on healthcare enrollment options, 401k options and any other payroll questions, create and maintain employee files, new employee intake into the system, frequent use of Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word)and ComputerEase, prepare and file annual statements of information for the corporation as well as annual corporate minutes, maintain BIT payroll records and handle the MCP application/renewal, prepare weekly safety tailgate meetings for the foremen and their crews, scan in and update a spreadsheet tracking the safety meetings,

Should mention something about as needed running and printing off the physical checks for payroll....
