Dang Saudia Arabia crap caused the price of gas to jump 42 cents in Abilene since last Monday. I can guarantee you when the prices start dropping again it will take 2 or 3 months to drop that much.

All the way up to $2.54? We came down to $2.74 a couple of weeks ago. Not sure what it will go up to. Good thing I don't use much gas

Put it out of your mind. Hopefully they will give you the job. And if they (sadly) don't, I hope they will tell you. That part of the application process seems to have gone down the drain along with civility. Used to be companies had the decency to let you know if they weren't going to hire you. Now you just wait and wait and wait and finally assume you didn't get the job.

Its hard to live month to month on social security. even if you have everything squeezed down to the nickle and they jump something up a quarter . I live like that. It might as well be $100.00 a gal. as a quarter cause if you dont have it you just dont have it.
Bruce , you are lucky to be able to afford a car that saves you money. I have always heard it takes money to make money. Didnt really understand it til I had kids to feed. I cant buy that big pack of hamburger even if it is on sale for 10.00 because I only have 5 and end up paying more per lb.
Have you ever had to sell a family heirloom to feed your family? Or been hungry. I mean really hungry. To the point you re desperate. You panic because you kids went to bed w/ no food and if you dont do something they are going to wake up w/ no breakfast. I have. It does something to you. Something no good. I remember walking a trailer park w a stereo my mom had bought me begging people to buy it so I could get my DD a gal of milk. I didnt have anything else to sell. I got $5.00 for it. that got us the milk, a loaf of bread and a lb of bologna. Kept us til my payday. I considered myself lucky. Still do.

granny I don't get along with mom's side, she wouldn't let me know dad's side. So I have no one because brothers side with mom's side, that I am evil because I refuse to use my racist illiterate grandfather's name because he made it clear he hated me. plus I have never met anyone who has heard of the name Verner before. I currently have 5 month old pullets 3-RIR, 2 Black Sex Link, 2 Barred, 2 silver pullets, and 1 silver cockerel. Then I have 3 2.5 week old ameraucanas. And 1.5 week old pullets (I hope) Welsummer, Speckled Sussex, black star, Cochin,Maran, lavender orphington, lakenvelder, and gold comet. I am new to chickens as of April 2019. I do have a 6 year old chocolate lab that is a sweet boy. And a 4.5 month old silver labs girl that drives me crazy. I freerange but coop every night.

I got mine fixed but they used tissue ? from my body not mesh
