twist it was in the 90's Monday and Tuesday here and much the same they predict for Wednesday and Thursday, if I could I'd send you about 20 degrees and make it more bearable for both of us...

Went to the gym and learned about a few machines in order to get started, came home and introduced myself to a neighbor I hadn't met before, she was, well a hateful old biddy, I guess I shouldn't say that, because I would be disrespecting hateful old biddies... but life goes on, good night folks...
