Mr. Noaa said we will be 34°F tonight. That means it will be in the upper 20s. Mr NOAA always lies by a good 6 to 8 degrees.

Yeah, crabby humans are more likely to just keep to themselves.


Be grateful you don't have a hairy chest (yes I AM making assumptions). Waiting for the glue to wear off is way better than the prickly itchy of all that hair growing out.

We have no antenna, it's a satellite dish.

Sigh. Having a down day. On my lunch now - had some lunch meat and meant to make myself a tortilla wrap with it. But I forgot the tortilla. So salad it is.

Luckily I packed enough “crunchy water” (as hubs calls iceberg lettuce) and the barely there drip of dressing I had in with the peppers and tomato seems to do the trick.

BossMan is back from his trip so I’m in calm before the storm mode. I am going to get slammed with invoices when he’s done with them. Other admin and BossLady went on a field trip for other admin’s birthday. So I’ve got front of house to myself today. Was going to run payroll but then oops. Boss lady ran us out of checks. So waiting. Luckily we have enough for the field guys and the checks SHOULD be here today....so worst case scenario I run two payrolls - one or the field, and a later one for the office. Maybe three if the checks don’t get here by Thursday so I can get paid too lol.

I’m laughing but really there’s so much here that has me shaking my head it’s not even funny.

Maybe look for another job as a back up.

Sigh. Admins are seriously under appreciated in this country. That’s a rant for another day when I’m on more of a break though.

Whats wrong H2o? Misery loves company.
And I am about as miserable as it gets. I havent been this down in a long time. Still cant eat. Well, I eat, then I hurt.
My Nancy is here. I feel bad she is doing stuff we should be doing. even dishes now. scrubbing them boys ol nasty toilet is worth a pay raise at the least. I want to buy her something nice for Christmas. I hope I will be able to. She really likes her vacuum and its duct taped together. a shark I think.

Oh BTW, Star, I thought that salad looked yummy. I hope there was more to it then that though. Maybe your DH can bring you a fat chocolate bar on his break?

twist it was in the 90's Monday and Tuesday here and much the same they predict for Wednesday and Thursday, if I could I'd send you about 20 degrees and make it more bearable for both of us...
