LONG and exhausting. BUT good otherwise

snow already ! I turned my heat on when I woke up . its was 66 in here

Apple's are picked off the trees as high as I can reach or stand on a stool or one the retaining walls. Onions picked, hoses rolled up , tomatoes picked and sorted, I have a sink full to cut up and start stewing and about 6 pop flats of maters in different stages of ripeness and a box of nice green ones for the chickens latter or to make green tomatoe mincemeat , I know there was more BUT can't remember. OH Rod stopped in and we loaded his truck with windfall and reject apples for the yaks, rejected maters, cukes and what not for the chickens. I should have mowed as well BUT just couldn't do it. We were in the 80's today and high of middle 30's for tomorrow.

Yep other then the ones in my garden here and the carrots BUT I can get them when this melts off.

It actually sprinkled for a while here today, after I watered the garden. I enjoyed weeding and deadheading for a while, something different to do.
I feel like even if I work on winterizing and building every day, I still will not be ready for winter.

80 to 30? Is that high and low ? Thats crazy. 66 is cold when your buck naked and on blood thinners w a ceiling fan .
