Granny's gone and done it again

I am currently washing my tomato frost covers/blankets and bedspreads, They were disgusting and starting to "glue" themselves together which make it hard to spread them

and NO granny candy and booze don't work on blankets

Farm again next Monday, Going to leg band this years pullets/hens and then NOT sure. Main coop needs to be cleaned yet I think I will "save" the drakes until bother gets here.

Lol, one of my Giant cochin hens was in the nest box at bed check time tonight. First time for that. Hope she is broody, I will give her some eggs!

I bet they can cover a lot. What do you do w/ the littles in winter ?

I cant sleep in clothes. They choke me.

I find they tangle up when I roll over, and then get too tight. I usually just keep a sheet and light blanket.

Well, they stay inside for at least a week. Then into the brooder in the barn .
