Finally quit raining long enough for me to feed chickens & goats. Non for duck or Bella cause it started pouring again. 5 eggs

Wow, and here we are hoping we don't have another fire storm. Power could go off any minute. It will probably be out until late monday, so would be lucky if it's restored soon after that.
We are expecting hurricane force winds 50-75mph, which they are calling historic... never have winds like that around here. Hoping it doesn't knock over all the power lines! I think dad ordered his new generator. Won't come until next week. Then we will move all the frozen things from our place back up to the farm. Some stuff can go over to sis' because she lucky enough to have power! Unless it goes out.
Smoke is clearing for us, but they are evacuating thousands of people who are in the expected path of the big fire north of town. It would be disastrous for folks to have to evacuate in the dark and high winds with fires popping up all over, so they are getting out now. It's a mess, but at least not many deaths... #1son heard 3 people have died so far.

OH Wishing, Im sorry I missed you and by such a short time too. Of course I will be worried til I know you are safe.
I got my java fern today and it is very lovely. I superglued it to a rock then added all the moss on the floor. Not sure if I like that or not. It makes the tank look even smaller then it already is.

Yay! I got the three Mille Fleur D'uccles into the playhouse coop! Now the other group of them can have the other tractor, which gives them twice as much space.

Hi Granny, how was your day? I got more pallets painted today. Tomorrow my friend and I are going to Martinsville.

Here I sit with four bunnies on my lap. Been busy building, so I have not been holding them much. They are being pretty calm. But they didn't want me to catch them when they were in the cage. So petting is needed.

My day is going like any other. Messed up , tired and pain. Cap, I painstakingly tucked moss around everything in the tank today after I got my fern and it wasnt easy . I ended up with a full carpet and a sore back. I sit down to decide if I liked it and up popped my huge driftwood . I was not about to redo all that so out comes the wood and scrambling for something to take its place. Remember that temple I asked you about ? Its been in a spare tank all this time w/ no peeling so its in this tank now. I removed most of the moss ,added some more gravel to help hold the plants down, Basically started all over .
