Granny's gone and done it again

Hey y’all. Can’t remember if I mentioned that DH made an offer on a house and it was accepted? I viewed it today, I think it’s exactly what we need.

Sarah (the assistant) put in her two weeks today. So after Dec. 2nd I’ll be the only one left at the camp.
Congrats on the new house! Is there enough property for chickens?
Can you run the place alone?

I went in the coop today and one of my Gold Laced polish cockerels was dead!
:(

Ready to throw some more gas on the fire ? Dr today, She is sending Tom to wound clinic in lauranceburg hr. ride and dont know how often but mom was once a week. The letter came today right after we got home for dr to fill out about his hearing aid so special trip to Vevey to get that filled out although she has already sent the same thing twice.
SS figured out they cant screw w/ me so now they are starting on Robert. (me) to redetermine if he is still disabled . All drs he sees to fill paperwork out. Tons for me to fill out. an info hunt for past records. Its like applying all over again. He has done this twice here in Indiana already. Once when we first moved here because Mi. saying he was disabled wasnt good enough and we are talking fed. judge and once when he finished school at age 19.
I am not sure how much more my feeble mind can take.

Good morning!
Good luck at the dr, granny.

Have a good day everyone!
h2o, did you ever say... how did the dog show go? Does your husband do the obedience trial?

That, and his helpers are dumb and dumber.
haha... that's what I was thinking. He does love his farm, and he's got to get out there often so it doesn't fall apart!

Oh boy. :hmm More driving. Do they have fish stores in Lauranceburg? And you might find a good grocery there. Get some errands done while Tom has his treatment.

Sorry about all the paperwork for Robert. What a pain. When you've got it all together, get a folder or binder and keep it all together for next time. (There will be a next time.) Maybe Robert can keep it safe his room. If he wants the disability support he will figure out a good spot.

You need to lock yourself in your bathroom to eat! gonna starve! We had baked chicken, mashed taters and green beans. I haven't cooked much lately, so figured I better make something healthy.

shouldn't that be "green BEENs" ??

Morning Bruce. I dont know how to bookmark. Twist has hired help, he goes because he loves the farm , no other reason.

AND because the "help" is frequently as helpful/useful as tits on a boar.

They do have a fish store. Its the only one around and mostly their fish are sick. They dont sell plants.
Tom is keeper of the medical papers. Problem is, between the 3 of us and him saving everything there is so much to go through.

Hi everyone! Got home from errands and shopping today. Took Scooter out for a short walk and he started shaking his head and holding his ear funny. :( I looked and of course couldn't find anything... already worked itself down inside. Then when I gently patted his ear he gave a big yelp. Poor guy. He's been laying totally still since he ate dinner. Big difference from last night's tug-o-war fest. Only good part was we got back from the walk in time to make a vet appointment for tomorrow morning.
