Granny's gone and done it again

Finally got home today. Emotionally charged trip. I had a bit of a breakdown last night and poor DH is not equipped for such things. He called this morning saying he thinks he can get us a privacy fence and we can keep a couple goats. As tempting as that sounds, I think it’s going to be easier to leave them, since I’ll be working outside of the home. But I may try to transfer the bringing of two goats into the obtaining of one kitten. :fl

Can you keep your dogs?

So I finished cleaning carpet in rm 31 and fixed all the crap the last rented had broken and just wore out. One trip to Menard's Called drain cleaners to "open" up a couple sinks. and did some other piddle crap around here.
Seems that just keeping the rooms up to snuff is a full time job!

Fox tails are hell around here.
I remember them well. Worked at a vets when I was in college. Those things just keep working their way down the ear canal, or into the skin between the toes until they are totally under the skin where they get infected. Hard to notice on a dog with real furry feet. Vet had clamps like these to get them out of ears

Yes, that was never a question. And the old cat, too.

We have a nice fence that is fine for dogs, but goats would slip right out, and they don’t listen as well as the dogs. This is about a third of the yard.

But the pastor's family has a new kitten and my family loved it. My kids have never had a kitten.

Wow huge yard. How much land? An acre?

There eally is such a good feeling of owning your own home even if you do have 30 years to pay on it. It gives you a sense of pride you dont get with renting. Im not putting renting down, it has its advantages too like they are responsible for repairs and such but think about it, You can do/change anything you want to do in your home Camping. Your home, has a nice ring to it hu?
