Something weird going on with my foot. First I thought I had something in my sock. Took off my sock, felt like duct tape on my skin. Hubby thinks I might have plantar fasciitis. I think maybe I have another pinched nerve that is messing up sensation in the sole of my foot.

Definitely a nerve. When I get it, feels like there is a thread wrapped around my toes.

View attachment 1968240 Found a bag of vegetables at Walmart said it was the makings for pad Thai.everyone raves about Thai food. I bought it ,stir fried some chicken then the veggies in the bag then through th the sauce. It was actually pretty good.
Quick easy meal. Very low carb. I guess if you se4ved i5 over rice it’s wouldn’t be.

Love Thai food. yum Pad Thai is traditionally made with noodles, not rice. But they are probably rice noodles.
