Sigh. I am tired and plan to go shopping again tomorrow. Poor planning. But I needed a lot of stuff, and the truck was pretty full today. Tomorrow I am buying fencing and a bunch of t-posts.

This was my 3rd day today. I aint moving off my duff tomorrow. Evven my legs are swollen. They never swell !

nope I saved a lot of them for the beans I make and we did more pigs the last time. so there were more hocks. This time I am going to cut them all basically the same size so they soak up the brine and smoke for the same amount of time. Also easier to package.
