was going to mix up just a triple batch and get them rolled into tubes and chilled over night to be baked tomorrow. Also a batch of oatmeal craisin and maybe a trilpe batch of Norwegian white cookies.

What do you do w/ your meatballs ? Is it in a gravy, over noodles ??

My GM said a pig needed to be fixed for at least 2 weeks before butcher or the meat would be tainted.

The guy we get ours from "breaks" the boars very early. Hopefully we do NOT get a sow/gilt that is in season.

You dont have to dry them. They should be about done washing.

meatballs and gravy together done in a crockpot and then served over mashed taters. Plan on doing them sometime after the 20th or so. They freeze well and honestly after actually making them are a SUPER easy meal.
