LOL have you ever grabbed a HOT pan with a damp pot holder GREAT way to steam/scald/burn/blister your hand. This I know from a few norske moments AGAIN I'm so smart I hurt myself. :th

No I dont think I have. I usually wash half of them at a time.
 
Dont it get greasy ? What kind of gravy do you use ? I need something new .

NOT the way I don't them about 1/2 beef, 1/4 pork and 1/4 veal and then you use mashed taters to sort of "bind" them all together along with onions, and seasoning. Gravy is drippings ,cream, and IF needed cream of mushroom soup (my cheat) oh and a little STRONG coffee.

You mix real mashed potatoes in the raw meat ? Cream of shroom is what I use for gravy too. Its good hu? I dont know how to make homemade gravy. Always comes out as dumplins.

how about hamburger gravy over mashed taters or noodles. You could even add a little sour cream to the gravy for sort of a beef stroganoff flavor
