Granny's gone and done it again

so is that trees and dead grasses on the hill? The grape vines look dead/dormant.
Yup, vines are dormant and have been trimmed. Long dead grass on the hills. There is green coming up there too, you just can't see it. It will be green everywhere by March and brown again in June

It's just packed dirt. Lots of Adobe clay, sticks to your tires when it's really wet
can you make stuff w/ it ? I did here when we first came. I guess I was kinda amazed at what it was like. I actually left the good dirt behind in Mi.

He offered me a dollar to go away.
Uh oh I think Roberts awake. Someone slamming stuff in the bathroom
#2 is out. Been gone since before noon. He'll skulk in before midnight... I hope. Hubs was in bed asleep at 8:30, hoping he didn't get Twist's virus. #1 is playing xbox. Exciting life, huh

It makes a good mess! I've never tried, but the early Spanish missionaries mixed it with straw and Lyme and used it to build all of the missions up and down the state. They are called adobes. Not if the clay is named after the buildings or vice versa
