in case I don't I hope you ALL have a great evening, Sweet Dreams, Warm Fuzzies and Prayers.
Good night Twist, hope you lose that headache!

Ugly? It'd get cute! 🤣😂🤣

That is exactly what is happening with Gemini. The man vet (I dont like him, cause I've caught several mess ups) said she had demodex mange. Didn't do a skin scrape but put her on meds. She's had 3 doses since last month and she is no better. So I have to call the vet again.

Demodex mange isn't contagious but sarcoptic mange is zoonotic.
They will have to be sure before I try a new med for him, so guess I will pay for the scraping.
No one else is itchy... yet, so not spreading. Hoping it is just behavioral.

My friend had a compulsively itchy pup. Vet said Benadryl just to break the cycle. It gets to be a habit, like chewing fingernails. Jewel scratches a lot when she’s unsettled. Both are currently licking everything and that I can’t stand. They lick their beds and sneak onto the sofa overnight and lick the cushions until they’re sopping wet.
Ah, Scooter has been licking his blanket too. Kinda gross.:sick
I will give the Benadryl a try before the vet.

Wishing, sister in law went through this with her little dog. Back & forth to vet for nearly a year. Vet finally said it was ezema & to use Avon skin so soft lotion. Worked like a charm. Wouldn't hurt to try it
Thanks Jane! That skin so soft is magical stuff. We use it for mosquito repellent. Works great. I will give that a try if the Benadryl doesn't work.

How are you doing? Feeling any better?

How the babies allie
Hanging in there. The smallest is struggling. I'm going to syringe milk into him in the morning before I put him with mom. He's got a bit of a sneeze too, I thought I sucked everything out Monday but it could be where he was in awhile too long during labor.

They will have to be sure before I try a new med for him, so guess I will pay for the scraping.

Not the best pic but this is what Geminis stomach looks like. Medicated shampoo is helping but it only lasts so long. I wish he would have done a skin scrap on her. Not like I didn't pay a little over $100 at that appointment anyway.
