I just took a pain pill. Thats 2 today. I know I wont sleep tonight but oh boy, my back and hips are killing me. Think thats why I was so distracted.

Pain is a horrible thing, you got extra sore from having to fill your waterer today I bet.

We put water in our long sled and put it under the trampoline so it's in the shade.Works great for an outside waterer.
Inside we have a big metal waterer, kinda like the plastic one everyone's been possting pics of, but better.

Do you have a bad back already ?

Yeah. I have since I was a baby. It runs in dad's side of the family, and I am like my dad in female version (according to mom, at least). I just need to go to the choiropractor more often, but I haven't been since I was probably 4, so my back is very outta wack

I did . My back just tightened up and I couldnt move. I stood in the coop for a long time waiting for it to ease so I could go one to the next one. It was pretty warm in there . I wanted to sit down on the bale of hay but theres mice in there. I betcha if one came after me I would move. haha

I used heated dog bowl waterers. Then I fill them with a 2 gal bucket. They hold a gal & a half. They have to be filled daily with the number of birds I have. Summer months I use the black rubber bowls outside the coop.
