Granny's gone and done it again

Certainly is hard to trust them. They have the chance to do the right thing now. We will see.

We got a roasted chicken at Costco. They had plenty of other meat for sale. They have a different supply chain than Walmart. Out Walmart runs out of meat and other Walmart brand products if there is a big snowstorm in the Sierras. That is how their trucks get products from their closest distribution center. If the road is closed for snow, we get an empty Walmart for some things. Other name brand products sold there (Orowheat bread, Coors beer, Lays chips, etc) have separate distributors that replenish the shelves, so there is some of those things, but not everything. It's hit and miss.
Lucky for us, there are a lot of other grocery store options, all with their own supply chains, so you can usually find what you need unless there's an emergency like now. Zero TP in any store right now! and a few other things.

You ever eat baked beans without meat? It's like that except chili flavored. Not bad.
Hubby bought toilet paper thursday. At our local grocery store.

I'm missing mine! But that's fantastic! Hope you get a ton of eggs tomorrow to sell!

We get shipments in that we order in bulk. I wont get paid. And I only get $3 a hour, I rely on tips that I won't get with carry out.
That should be illegal. 3 dollars an hour.

I dont think I ever put meat in my baked beans. A little bacon fat maybe.
Worker at wal mart said TP was gone nation wide. I dont think thats horders is it?
Basically, yes. It's from people, who wouldn't have normally bought any TP this week, buying 5 times what they need. All the extra TP that was in the distribution centers was sent to the stores to fill the empty shelves and that's gone too, so now it's a wait for the product to get from the factories into the distribution centers. If people didn't buy more than they needed, there would have been enough for every one, just like there normally is.

Im eating a salad from wal mart right now. It reminds me of Tom.
Are you calling Tom a lettuce head?

Lucky you! I haven't seen any in the stores in a week!

Well if it is us no one is admitting it. LOL My Nancy said she had 3 packages but she is sharing. She has always been a dooms day prepper.
:D I am an earthquake prepper. I buy ahead for everything. That's why when all this virus stuff started, I didn't need to buy any TP. Sadly, I am short on paper towels. They were already gone from the stores by the time I realized I was running out. I am using cloth rags instead.

Its not for them to judge.
Maybe they think of it more as educating rather than judging. I couldn't be a nurse.
