I have been craving some scallops and I actually found them for sale at aldies but I didnt buy them. No idea how to cook them.

Part of me wants to take tomorrow off. The other part goes get money while you can - and get caught up on things when I can

I’ll have to call the feed store maybe Friday and see if the “chick express” is still flying and if so when the chicks should arrive and what breeds.

Random. So last week I had some green onion heavy hello fresh recipes. I like green onion, hubs does not, so I used less. Look at the growth on the cuttings and on the big one. Wow!

How do you know their done ? It dont give a time.

They don't take very long. The smaller they are, the less time they take. I usually just try to get them golden brown

and whats a good side ?

Salad? Pasta?
