Granny's gone and done it again

I have 3 in the kitchen window that have not been watered in a long time. Looking pretty shriveled so I decided to toss them... 2 had stems with flower buds! Is letting them get stressed the key to flowering? All have been watered, but if the slacker doesn't produce, it's going.

No idea. I’ve never had orchids. What I’ve read and been told is to neglect them. Soak in distilled or rainwater until the roots turn green. Use orchid mix and leave them a bit root bound. Moss holds too much water. Bright indirect light and humidity. I have one by the kitchen sink so it gets all that good steam. I’m thinking of moving mine to the back porch on warm, humid days.

I didn’t think this rose could get any prettier.

Well, At least the dogs decided to nap. I put like 3 drops of veg.oil on their food and they ate all of it. I dont know what I am going to do about that fence. I wish I was strong enough to drag the chicken coop fencing over. I could throw them outside to run some of that energy off.
Get Robert to do it.
