I had almost given up on my hummingbird yucca.

And hubs found a friend this evening. I came home with peach from a visit to the neighbors (peach has an open invitation to go swimming in their pool lol) and he shows me this gorgeous guy.

That is without a doubt the most freaking vibrant blue belly I have ever seen!

A very old friend died of covid. She was a mentor I had when I got my first Water dog She lived in Connecticut. Very elderly but I hadn’t talked to her in years. Her daughter is still active in the breed. Her daughter posted on FB.
