Granny's gone and done it again

CB and I candled the serama eggs. 3 mice went running and so did I. I can scream when I need to. one has internal pip and 3 a few days away. So what do I do with one ?
Leave it under the mama. Mine were staggered over a week. Hen never budged. Chicks taught themselves to eat.

Quote: I used to live within 100 ft of the San Andreas when we lived in Pacifica, a little south of San Francisco. House was way up on the edge of a hill. Backyard neighbor was 500 yards straight down! Terrifying to think what would happen if the San Andreas had cut loose. Either we'd have ocean front property or be swimming with the fishes! After we had #1, I couldn't take it. Wanted to be north of the bridge if a big one struck, so we moved back home up here. Would not want to be stuck in a city at the tip of a peninsula wit no way to get out of town when the bridges get damaged. Much better up here AND in a single story house!

Scary one for you is the Cascadia fault, offshore.

Huh? What did you say? I can't see it! My eyes! And I still haven't gotten to the end of the article. Just taking a break. I have to find out what works!!

The dogs and cats couldn't get in the the bait boxes but the danger was them getting the dying rats. They were easy to catch. The rats wouldn't eat the bait because the chicken food was better. She had to lug the food in every night and find a poison the rats liked.

It hurt your eyes too ? The serama is in general pop. up high too. 4 ft. and its cold /cool now. 40s and 60s. The last 3 look like they will hatch about the same time but if this one makes it that will be done in the am or tonight.
